调控靶基因miRNA PCR阵列(CTLA4)-人

介绍:

         microRNA是一类由内源基因编码的长度约为22 个核苷酸的非编码单链RNA分子,miRNA5’端2-8个碱基被称为miRNA种子序列,通过种子序列与靶 mRNA 的 5'-UTR或者3'-UTR区结合,然后利用诱导沉默复合物降解或抑制靶基因的表达。一个基因存在多个microRNA分子结合位点,在不同的研究体系中,要找到具体调控特定靶基因变化的microRNA,过去是很不容易的。沃吉基因开发出ScanMir miRNA PCR Array技术,能够快速预测出与特定靶基因结合的microRNA.
